To process a return/exchange, you need to call 0 (800) 3 35 487 and provide the order details to process the return/exchange.

Required conditions for return:

- presence of an invoice (located in the parcel with the goods);

- presence of a photocopy of your passport and identification code;

- availability of filling out a return application (the manager will provide)

Conditions for returning goods of good quality:

According to current legislation, you can return a product of proper quality or exchange it in the following cases:

· the product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;

· the product is fully equipped and in its original packaging;

· all labels and factory markings are preserved;

· the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties

· less than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the goods.

Please note that when exchanging/returning goods of good quality, shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:

If you receive a product of inadequate quality, you can return or exchange it by following these steps:

· call 0 (800) 3 35 487, provide the order number and describe the problem situation.

· company employees will provide instructions on where to send photos of goods of poor quality;

· when agreeing on a return/exchange, shipping costs are borne by the seller.

Items that cannot be returned/exchanged:

· goods that have signs of wear and use;

· more than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the goods.

After agreeing on the return/exchange with the manager, send the goods to the address Kiev, Vito-Litovsky Lane, 15or new post office No. 1, Kyiv, the manager will provide the recipient’s contacts.

In case of exchange of goods, a new order is sent to the buyer within 1-3 days.

When returning goods, funds are transferred by non-cash transfer to your bank card within 5 (five) days after receipt of the goods at the warehouse.

The designers followed the principles of ergonomics, successfully combining practicality in a compact product and expressing it in an exceptionally refined form.

The first thought when looking at Sphere Low is how original the fire bowl is. The elliptical bowl on a low conical base securely contains the fire inside. There is no risk of ignition, while ash naturally accumulates inside thanks to ventilation holes in the bottom. Similar technological openings in the body ensure steady and even flames throughout the entire evening.

If you have low garden chairs, you are guaranteed an especially cozy picnic near your home. The base heats up and radiates warmth. Sit around the fire and enjoy a pleasant evening.

The grill structure consists of:

Fire bowl. When covered with the cooking disc, it becomes a large working surface for frying.
Removable cooking disc. A technological slope toward the center eliminates tedious cleaning. Simply push grease into the fire with a spatula, then wipe the surface with vegetable oil and a cloth.
Ash collector. The grill seems to clean itself: combustion residues fall downward. All that remains is the mesmerizing view of dancing flames and meat browning in oil.
Conical base. Its key feature is stability and reliability. Pressed down by the weight of the bowl, it remains firmly and steadily in place.

This compact grill for a country house is available in two colors — Black and Retro. The rich black shade of the first version remains unchanged throughout its service life thanks to the heat-resistant coating. Technical specifications

While retaining all the parameters of the Ahos Big Sphere High, the Sphere Low model has a height of only 40 cm. This allows you to cook while seated, without interrupting conversations with friends.

The low grill looks warm and homely, yet it offers excellent performance. You can prepare food for up to 50 people at once. The outer diameter of the cooking surface is 100 cm, and the inner diameter is 48 cm, providing a very large working area.

The cooking surface is made of carbon steel, resistant to deformation even under extreme heat. It is also resistant to chipping and scratching.

The non-stick properties of the working area are ensured by a four-layer organic polymer coating. The temperature differs between the center and the edges, allowing precise control of heat levels — simply move the food across the disc to achieve the desired doneness.

The body is made of structural steel grade S235JR, known for its excellent strength characteristics. The three-layer heat-resistant silicone-organic coating does not crack when heated.
