You can pay by bank card upon receiving your order. Please inspect the item and fill out any required documents. Payment is accepted at pickup points (postal operators) and showrooms.

📦 Cash on Delivery
Orders with cash on delivery require a prepayment of up to 20%. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt. Check the item and complete all required forms upon delivery. Payment is accepted at Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta branches, or by courier.

If you choose this option, you'll be redirected to a secure online payment page. To receive your order, present an ID that matches the recipient’s name in the order.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Refunds for Visa/MasterCard Payments
Refunds are made only to the original card via bank transfer, after the customer submits a written request via email. Refunds may take 1–3 business days. Terms are detailed in the “Warranty and Service” section or available from our support team.
