Design and Technical Specifications
The UNO+ Grill consists of three main components: a fire bowl, a pedestal base, and a cooking surface. The overall height with the cooking surface installed is 70 cm. Weight — 26 kg.
UNO+ Bowl
The UNO+ bowl is a steel hemisphere made from a single solid piece of metal with a thickness of 3 mm. A special seamless manufacturing technology ensures a longer service life compared to other grills and completely eliminates deformation caused by high temperatures.
Ventilation holes located at the bottom of the bowl align with openings in the grill base, providing airflow to the combustion zone and making ignition faster and safer.
UNO+ Base
Base height — 550 mm, base diameter — 420 mm. The base supports the bowl, forms part of the ventilation system, and serves as an ash collector. Its height is designed for comfortable standing cooking. Made of high-strength carbon steel, the base has the shape of a truncated cone. The bottom is hermetically sealed to prevent embers from falling out, ensuring fire safety.
Ash and residue accumulate inside the base; its capacity allows cleaning once a month or less. Ventilation openings near the top ensure proper airflow, strong draft, even wood burning, and prevent overheating of the base, allowing installation on any flat surface.
UNO+ Cooking Surface
The cooking disc is made from a single piece of heat-resistant carbon steel, 6 mm thick. This thickness provides high heat capacity and even cooking. A multi-layer organic coating ensures an exceptionally long service life.
The surface is slightly concave toward the center, allowing hot oil to drain into the bowl instead of spilling out. Temperature varies from hotter in the center to cooler at the edges, enabling simultaneous cooking at different heat levels. A grill grate or cauldron ring can be installed in the center.
Capabilities
Operating temperature ranges from 220 to 350 °C. The surface allows cooking toast, meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, omelets, pancakes, and more. It accommodates cooking for up to 6 people simultaneously. The round shape ensures convenient access from all sides, allowing multiple cooks at once.
Additional accessories expand functionality: grill grate, cauldron rings, and skewer attachments. After use, the grill can be covered to protect it from dirt and weather.
UNO+ can be quickly transformed into a fire bowl even while burning by removing the cooking surface using the included steel handles.
Operation
Place the grill on a flat surface. Secure the bowl to the base with a bolt to prevent tipping. The cooking surface is mounted on three legs with deep slots for secure positioning.
Start a small fire, gradually adding wood. Once heated, apply vegetable oil evenly to the surface — the grill is ready for use.
Maintenance
UNO+ requires no special maintenance. Food residues are scraped into the fire bowl where they burn off. Then apply oil again and wipe the surface with a dry cloth.
To remove ash, detach the cooking disc, unscrew the fixing bolt, remove the bowl, and empty the ash from the base.
