Delivery of goods is paid by the buyer according to the established rates of the carrier.

Across Ukraine according to the rates of the carrier, the term is 1-3 days, the price is from 200 UAH.

The parcel is stored for 6 days, on the 7th day it is automatically returned to the sender.

Address delivery:

Address delivery is carried out by the courier of "Nova Poshta", the delivery time is 3-4 days, the cost is from 150 UAH.

Pickup:

You can pick up your order yourself at the address: Kyiv, Vito-Litovsky Lane, 15 (before arriving, please agree on the pick-up time with our manager).

During the sale, delivery times may be increased to 4-6 days.

IMPORTANT! When receiving an order at the carrier's office, be sure to check your parcel for defects and damage. The company "HRUBA" is not responsible for your parcel in case of non-compliance with these rules.

Manufacturer's warranty 12-60 months.

Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

To process a return/exchange, you need to call 0 (800) 3 35 487 and provide the order details to process the return/exchange.

Required conditions for return:

- presence of an invoice (located in the parcel with the goods);

- presence of a photocopy of your passport and identification code;

- availability of filling out a return application (the manager will provide)

Conditions for returning goods of good quality:

According to current legislation, you can return a product of proper quality or exchange it in the following cases:

· the product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;

· the product is fully equipped and in its original packaging;

· all labels and factory markings are preserved;

· the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties

· less than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the goods.

Please note that when exchanging/returning goods of good quality, shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:

If you receive a product of inadequate quality, you can return or exchange it by following these steps:

· call 0 (800) 3 35 487, provide the order number and describe the problem situation.

· company employees will provide instructions on where to send photos of goods of poor quality;

· when agreeing on a return/exchange, shipping costs are borne by the seller.

Items that cannot be returned/exchanged:

· goods that have signs of wear and use;

· more than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the goods.

After agreeing on the return/exchange with the manager, send the goods to the address Kiev, Vito-Litovsky Lane, 15or new post office No. 1, Kyiv, the manager will provide the recipient’s contacts.

In case of exchange of goods, a new order is sent to the buyer within 1-3 days.

When returning goods, funds are transferred by non-cash transfer to your bank card within 5 (five) days after receipt of the goods at the warehouse.
