To process a return/exchange, you need to call 0 (800) 3 35 487 and provide the order details to process the return/exchange.

Required conditions for return:

- presence of an invoice (located in the parcel with the goods);

- presence of a photocopy of your passport and identification code;

- availability of filling out a return application (the manager will provide)

Conditions for returning goods of good quality:

According to current legislation, you can return a product of proper quality or exchange it in the following cases:

· the product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;

· the product is fully equipped and in its original packaging;

· all labels and factory markings are preserved;

· the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties

· less than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the goods.

Please note that when exchanging/returning goods of good quality, shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality:

If you receive a product of inadequate quality, you can return or exchange it by following these steps:

· call 0 (800) 3 35 487, provide the order number and describe the problem situation.

· company employees will provide instructions on where to send photos of goods of poor quality;

· when agreeing on a return/exchange, shipping costs are borne by the seller.

Items that cannot be returned/exchanged:

· goods that have signs of wear and use;

· more than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the goods.

After agreeing on the return/exchange with the manager, send the goods to the address Kiev, Vito-Litovsky Lane, 15or new post office No. 1, Kyiv, the manager will provide the recipient’s contacts.

In case of exchange of goods, a new order is sent to the buyer within 1-3 days.

When returning goods, funds are transferred by non-cash transfer to your bank card within 5 (five) days after receipt of the goods at the warehouse.

The Arke Fireplace Cassette: Comfort and Efficiency

The Arke fireplace cassette is a versatile, closed combustion chamber designed for installation into existing open fireplaces or new constructions. Its simple and elegant appearance is paired with excellent thermal performance. It features a clean glass system which, along with a separate ash container, helps keep the unit tidy.

Maximum Energy Utilization

More efficient combustion and longer heat retention are achieved through the combustion chamber's TERMOTEC lining. This heat-accumulating material significantly increases the firebox temperature. A deflector enhances fuel particle combustion by extending the path of exhaust gases, leading to greater burning efficiency and better energy utilization, thus minimizing harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

The cassette is equipped with turbines located beneath the combustion chamber, offering three-stage fan speed control:

Position 0: Turbines activate automatically and run at a reduced speed once the temperature sensor reaches 50°C. (The sensor is located below the ash container at the front of the unit.)
Position 1: Turbines operate continuously at full speed, regardless of the cassette's primary operation.
Position 2: Turbines operate continuously at full speed, regardless of the cassette's primary operation.

These turbines stimulate airflow, ensuring heat is efficiently transferred to the surroundings.

Air regulation, known as the air curtain, is managed by a mechanism installed above the stove door. Opening this mechanism allows air to be supplied to the upper part of the firebox, where gases produced during wood combustion are post-burned, which limits the emission of harmful CO into the atmosphere. The air directed to the deflector sweeps across the glass, protecting it from fire and smoke, significantly reducing soot buildup and keeping the glass clean.

You can also supply outside air to the firebox by installing a cold air intake. To do this, you'll need to purchase an air intake kit and a specially adapted ash container. This external air connection is available only for inserts manufactured after May 1, 2018.

Top-Level Safety

The front of the insert is lined with heat-resistant ceramic that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. Our glass is certified for quality and safety.

The body and front are highly resistant to high temperatures due to the use of high-grade steel.

Perfect airtightness is ensured by strong welds in the closed combustion chamber. Steel elements are precisely cut with lasers using modern equipment, then bent on CNC bending machines.

Comfortable Operation

Keeping the insert clean is effortless thanks to the built-in grate and the ash container where ash collects.

Additionally, soot buildup is significantly reduced by the clean glass system. The air curtain separates the glass from the combustion chamber, preventing it from getting dirty.

The insert door features a comfortable handle.

Modern Design

The Arke cassette is equipped with a single decorative GLASS panel, giving it an elegant and contemporary look. This design optically enlarges the front of the insert and enhances the view of the fire.

Ecological Combustion

The device meets the requirements of Ecodesign (Ekoprojekt) and the BImSchV 2 standard, which defines maximum CO emissions.
