Safety at the Highest Level
The insert guarantees safe use thanks to the child safety system that prevents unwanted door opening.
The front of the insert is lined with heat-resistant ceramic, withstanding temperatures up to 660°C. The installed glass has quality and safety certification.
The body and front wall withstand high temperatures due to the use of high-quality steel.
The door frame is made from a closed profile, making it durable and resistant to stress occurring during high-temperature operation. Perfect airtightness is ensured by strong welded seams in the closed combustion chamber. Steel elements are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines.
Modern Design
The VN insert attracts attention with modern design and aesthetic cladding. It impresses with a harmonious view of the fire, giving the interior a unique style. Heat is emitted not only forward but also sideways.
The fireplace is equipped with a single decorative Glass-type panel, giving it an elegant and modern appearance. This solution visually enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the fire view.
Comfortable Use
The insert’s doors operate with a lift-up system – the glass panel rises upwards. This system uses a counterweight – a steel rail block running on two supporting rollers, distributing the door weight evenly. The doors move along refractory rollers installed in the frame, ensuring smooth, quiet, and uninterrupted operation. Door movement occurs a few millimeters from the body, preventing seal damage. The pressing system guarantees absolute airtightness of the combustion chamber.
Thanks to vertically lifting and lowering doors, placing wood in the combustion chamber is very convenient. An additional mechanism allows side opening of the glass panels, facilitating cleaning and maintenance of the combustion chamber.
The insert is additionally equipped with a clean-glass system – the air flow evenly sweeps across the glass, minimizing soot buildup and maintaining a clear, aesthetic view for a long time.
A specially profiled bottom plate made from TERMOTEC makes the combustion chamber deeper and able to hold more wood. Cleaning is easier due to the integrated grate and ash container.
The internal control system allows servicing from inside the combustion chamber without dismantling the fireplace structure.
It can be used under various installation conditions thanks to adjustable legs and a movable flue outlet with 360° installation adjustment.
Maximum Energy Efficiency
More efficient combustion and longer heat retention are achieved thanks to the TERMOTEC lining – a heat-storing material that raises the fire temperature. Its smooth, white surface is also efficient inside the fireplace.
Fuel particles burn more completely thanks to a deflector that extends the flue gas path, increasing combustion efficiency and energy use, minimizing harmful emissions.
The insert has a horizontal water flue deflector built into the high transition from the fireplace to the flue, allowing additional heat extraction from flue gases, maximizing energy utilization.
The device features a triple air system in the combustion chamber, ensuring ecological and economical wood burning.
Primary air is supplied externally through a built-in 125 mm air supply in the bottom of the insert. It is regulated by a throttle controlled with a single regulator at the bottom of the doors, preventing user error. The mechanism operates quietly and smoothly inside the fireplace.
Ecological Combustion
The VN model meets Ecodesign criteria and the BlmSchV 2 standard, limiting maximum CO emissions.
